Returning A Non-Faulty Item
If you receive the product and are not satisfied, please email info@burtonsousvide.co.uk before returning to the following address within 28 days of receipt:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility until it successfully arrives at our warehouse. For your own protection, we strongly recommend you return the item using a delivery courier that insures you for the value of your sent goods. We also recommend you keep the ‘proof of postage’ as evidence.
Returning A Faulty Item
All faulty items are subject to a 24 month warranty subject to registration.
If you receive one of our products and it’s faulty, please email info@burtonsousvide.co.uk quoting your order ID, full name, address and details of the fault.
We will arrange a pre-paid collection for repair, replacement or failing that, a full refund. If original packaging is not available, returns must be packaged appropriately as per its original condition.
Warranty Registration
Register online within 28 days of purchase to activate your 24 month warranty. The BSV 13L Model and Serial No. can be found on label affixed to the base of the unit.
